Bin Blasters Terms Of Service

By using our trash bin cleaning and/or pressure washing services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.


1. Service Overview

Bin Blasters provides:

  • Trash Bin Cleaning: Scheduled cleaning of residential or commercial trash and recycling bins on a monthly or quarterly plan.
  • Pressure Washing: One-time or recurring service for driveways, patios, sidewalks, and other exterior surfaces.

2. Customer Responsibilities

For Bin Cleaning:

  • Bins must be empty and curbside (or in an accessible location) by 9:00 AM on your service day.
  • If bins are inaccessible or full, the service will be skipped without refund.

For Pressure Washing:

  • The area must be cleared of vehicles, furniture, and debris.
  • A working water spigot must be accessible.
  • Missed appointments due to lack of access may incur a service fee.

3. Billing & Payments

To provide a smooth and efficient service experience, Bin Blasters follows the billing process outlined below:

  • Payment Method Required: A valid credit card is required to be kept on file at the time your cleaning is booked.
  • Secure Payment Storage: Credit card information is securely stored and processed through Jobber Payments.
  • Payment Timing: Your card on file will be charged after the service has been completed.
  • Authorization: By booking a service with Bin Blasters, you authorize us to charge the card on file for the completed service.
  • Failed Payments: If a payment cannot be processed, service may be paused until a valid payment method is provided.

4. Minimum Commitment Policy

For monthly and quarterly plans, a minimum of 3 cleanings is required before cancellation without penalty.

  • If you cancel before completing 3 cleanings, we will charge a final adjustment to cover the difference.
  • Example: If you cancel after two cleanings, your final bill will include the cost of one additional cleaning.
  • This ensures fairness and covers the discounted rate built into recurring plans.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel your plan at any time. If you’ve completed fewer than 3 cleanings, your final charge will reflect the minimum-visit requirement.
  • If you cancel a bundled bin cleaning and pressure washing plan you retain your credit towards a pressure washing job that you can schedule within 1 year.
  • No refunds are issued for skipped or missed cleanings.
  • Pressure washing cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.
  • Services canceled by Bin Blasters (e.g., due to weather) will be rescheduled.

6. Rescheduling & Missed Services

  • We may reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or holidays.
  • If a cleaning is missed due to our error, we will reschedule or apply a credit at our discretion.
  • Customers are responsible for notifying us of changes to trash pickup days or access issues.

7. Service Modifications

  • We reserve the right to update service offerings or pricing.
  • Advance notice (minimum 1 days) will be provided whenever possible.

8. Limitations of Service

  • Cleaning results may vary based on surface or bin condition.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn seals, faded finishes, or embedded stains.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the last 3 months.
  • We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Utah, with disputes resolved in the courts of Utah County.
